In place of the old sawmill, the place transformed into a hall with a translucent roof is regularly transformed into a stage for shows. Two steps away, the Guinguette Pictave welcomes strollers for a drink with their feet in the sand, a musical quiz, a game of cornhole, a darts tournament or a meal to choose from among the wide range of dishes offered by the food trucks.

The Hyphen

At the bottom of the Montbernage district in Poitiers, the restaurant The Hyphen nestles on the banks of the Clain. In a large shed, Republic area in Poitiers, Republic Corner, with a very “industrial” spirit, invites you to relax, seated around the large tables in the light of the garlands or on the terrace under the parasols. To snack, six street food stalls display a variety of dishes. As for drinks, a giant dispenser offers ten beers to sip or cocktails at the bar. And every evening the atmosphere is different: salsa lessons, broadcasts of matches, karaoke, concerts, blind tests, DJ sets… as well as a games room for children!

Bistro-guinguettes

This summer, from July 4 to August 29, eight concerts will take place in the heart of the villages of Grand Châtellerault : Archigny, Vicq-sur-Gartempe, Leigné-les-Bois, Monthoiron, Availles-en-Châtellerault, Sérigny, Châtellerault and Coussay-les-Bois. On Thursday evenings, everyone can come and enjoy jazz, swing, rock'n roll, retro rock or soul, eat or drink on the spot, while dancing.

The Alcove

30 years ago, the colony of Saint-Hilaire was admirably transformed to become the Domaine de Roiffe. Today, these immense tufa stone buildings and the greenery that surrounds them house a tourist complex with hotel, golf course, spa, micro-winnery et the Alcove restaurant.
