I discover the CastleTwo chefs, for twice the gastronomy
At the Château de Dissay table, you will have the honor of tasting the cuisine of chefs Stanislas Simonet and Henri Dupont. Of Poitevine origin, these two leaders forged their weapons in renowned brigades. Stanislas Simonet, for example, worked for Michel Sarran in Toulouse. Henri Dupont went through starred restaurants such as the Moulin de l'Abbaye in Brantôme in Dordogne or Domaine des étangs in Massignac in Charente.
The two chefs are committed to offering a table that highlights gastronomic France and the local:
“Our ambition is to combine our cooking styles for classic French cuisine brought up to date with as many local products as possible. We like when it's greedy. »Stanislas Simonet
Treat yourself to a fine dining experience
With its evocative name, O Dissay offers you through its dishes a taste journey ready to delight your taste buds. To take you on this journey, the restaurant offers three options at its table:
- Le Clain, served at lunchtime, consisting of two courses for €29 or three courses for €39
- The Amboise Menu, composed of three courses for €65
- The Mélusine Menu, composed of four dishes for €80
On the château's menus, combinations rich in taste and panache are waiting for you. With a view to always favoring quality and their values, the chefs undertake to “undertake to work with producers who respect our environment and animal welfare, to cook fresh and seasonal products”. In 2021, the chefs even won a gourmet plate in the Michelin Guide.
