The queen with two crowns did not leave her secrets within reach of just any adventurer…Eight centuries have passed, and the legendary treasure of Eleanor of Aquitaine has never been found. What if, all this time, history has been waiting for you? What if your family were the one to recover it? 

In Poitiers, a stone's throw from the Palace of the Counts of Poitou, get ready for an escape game where every minute counts. Behind what looks like a simple desk lies a secret passage leading to the former apartments of the famous queen. Once through the door, it's a direct trip back to the Middle Ages.  

Mysterious coats of arms, hidden mechanisms, coded messages and royal riddles: for 1 hour 30 minutes, search, observe and cooperate to find Eleanor's fabulous treasure.  

The clock is ticking, the traps are numerous, and the treasure awaits only the most cunning. So, are you ready to make history and take on Poitiers' most secret mission? 

An imposing uniform  

Who said you had to be an adult to become a brave firefighter? No one. From the age of 10, you can try to become a volunteer firefighter. And if you think it's impossible… The Escape League in Poitiers will prove you wrong with “Fire Station Alert”! 

But be warned, this is nothing like a leisurely training exercise (Emile). As a family, you'll need to stick together, keep your cool, and face each challenge like a true brigade. You have 1 hour and 30 minutes, not a second more, to complete the challenges under the command of Sergeant Olivier. 

Sirens, tension, puzzles… everything is there to put you in the shoes of real firefighters. One thing is for sure: this Family Experience won't fade from memory anytime soon!

Head to Poitiers and the Espace Mendès France, to a real laboratory like Dexter's, complete with top-of-the-line equipment for a scientific investigation where the whole family can step into the shoes of real scientific experts. 

Switch to Basile mode, DNA detective! Microscope in hand, the whole family dives into the mystery of the infinitely small. 

Now it's your turn to play the expert, to analyze, compare and separate the truth from the lies. 

Between science and a slightly wacky investigation, get ready to discover that DNA is serious... but not boring! 

3. A Nightingale has been stolen: the most inquisitive

This is the Voice. Who stole the merchant's orange? The Voice doesn't know. However, the Voice has a mission of the utmost importance for you: to discover who stole the famous Nightingale painting from the Montmorillon Ecomuseum in Saulgé, an hour from Poitiers. 

And as with any good case worth its salt, there are more clues than you might think. The Voice invites you to put on your super detective cape as a family, because the clues aren't going to fall from the nest!  

So the Voice has only one piece of advice for you: don't take this investigation lightly. Here, even the paintings hold secrets… and you are the only ones capable of uncovering them. 

The Voice gives you 1 hour and 30 minutes to discover the thief.

Welcome to Harcourt Castle in the medieval town of Chauvigny, about 30 minutes from Poitiers, where the chimera is not just a legend, but a real mission to experience as a family! 

Let's embark on a journey back in time to the Middle Ages for a workshop unlike any other: needle in hand, you'll discover the art of medieval embroidery and bring your own fantastical creature to life. Dragons, mermaids, or improbable chimeras… anything goes to let your imagination run wild. 

Settled in a castle-like atmosphere, you'll learn the techniques of yesteryear and leave with your own creation… but above all, with a good dose of history, since you'll be in the very room where ladies once practiced embroidery. In short, it's more immersive than the immersion itself.

5. The Riddle Tour: the craziest one

In Civray and the surrounding area of ​​Poitou, letters, newspapers, and telegrams, found in the mysterious satchel left by Pierre, the local postman, will help you solve a series of challenging riddles. It's up to you to decipher them to open the chests scattered along the way. 

As a family, you become real detectives: observation, logic, and teamwork will be essential to progress in this hunt for clues. Each solved puzzle brings you a little closer to the title of Super Ambassador… no less!

6. The Bubble Lab: the cleanest

Let's get chemistry and magic started! Just kidding, laughter is more than welcome in Pacou's Workshop.  

In the bubble lab, we let the creativity of the whole family bubble! 

In the workshop, you'll become little chemists with your family, making your own handcrafted soap, guided by Pacou: our favorite soap maker (she'll become yours too). We'll calculate, measure, mix… and above all, discover how to transform simple ingredients into truly fragrant and skin-friendly creations. 

Between magic formulas, surprising textures and smells that make you want to plunge your hands in, the workshop quickly becomes a sensory playground where you learn while having fun. 

And in the end, you leave with your own soaps… enough to recreate the experience at home and impress the whole family! 

7. Goolfy with the family: the most fluorescent

Get ready to swing with the goofiest round of mini-golf of your life! 

In the fluorescent corridors of Goolfy, the rules are simple: aim for the hole… and try not to lose all dignity in front of the children. With glow-in-the-dark scenery, giant animals, and wacky obstacles, even the best golfers can see their ball go in a completely unexpected direction. 

Here, strokes of genius rub shoulders with memorable blunders, laughter erupts on every round, and scores quickly become secondary. Only one rule truly matters: have fun. After all, in Goolfy, even the biggest blunderers can emerge victorious! 

8. Prehistoric Family, Cave and engravings: the most historical

Here's an experience that will transport you 15,000 years back in time. Yes, we know, it doesn't make you feel any younger... Head to the Sabline Prehistory Museum for an adventure where your whole Croods family transforms into Indiana Jones! 

We decipher the mysteries of engraved stones, we master the engraving techniques of our ancestors (not grandpa, a bit older though) and we set off to explore the famous La Marche cave, a true prehistoric treasure in the Vienne. 

And for once, the only graffiti allowed is from Prehistory! So sharpen your observation skills, unleash your inner Cro-Magnon and prepare to discover that your ancestors were already quite the artists.
