Tèrra Aventura, the free treasure hunt, accessible to all!
Bathed by the Gartempe, Montmorillon is a quiet and flowery little town, famous for its macaroons and, as Zétoulu will explain to you, for its City of Writing and Book Trades. It also houses a very beautiful heritage and is also labeled "City of Art and History".
Nice 1,5 km walk.
Before leaving, Zétoulu advises you to go to La Préface, to admire its temporary exhibition and ask for the opening hours of the 21 shops (bookstores and workshops) set up in the Cité de l'Ecrit. Throughout the year, a program of events and cultural activities is put in place.
