From our farm in Savigné, we perpetuate the cheese tradition. Our goat's milk, derived from a natural diet based on local products, is processed every day in our workshop.
Using a ladle, we shape raw milk farm cheeses, such as Chabichou du Poitou or Mothais sur Feuille. Ancestral know-how and a passion for taste are found in each cheese.
