The oil mill of Neuville, in Neuville-de-Poitou, is the last of the 13 oil mills listed in Neuville-de-Poitou at the beginning of the 20th century. It was founded in 1850.
The hydraulic and electric factory is equipped with a grinding stone for crushing the nuts, a guarantee of perfect quality, and hydraulic presses dating from 1920, whose pressure power is around 200 tonnes per cm².
Tradition meets modernity: the oil mill has a very modern tank room to ensure the best possible conditions for the decantation and storage of the oils. The range of products extends to virgin walnut, hazelnut, peanut, organic rapeseed, organic sesame oils and fruit vinegars (passion, raspberry, fig, pepper with Espelette pepper, lemon grapefruit, tomato basil, beetroot thyme) .
