It is made up of thousands of ponds which today host an exceptional biodiversity. This landscape has been shaped by the hand of man for more than 1000 years, because the multitude of ponds proviennent of the extraction of millstone which began around the year 1000 AD.
By following the discovery trail with your "little explorer's backpack", you will be in turn: geologist, naturalist, climatologist, ethologist and manager of the nature reserve.
