EARL Vent d'Ouest
Vent d’Ouest has been growing its own organic produce since 1989. Thirty of its 65 ha of land are sown each year with wheat, spelt, rye, buckwheat and sunflower.
Jean-Marc and his team are delighted to show visitors around the different workshops, where flour is ground in the millstone and naturally leavened bread is baked in a wood-fired oven.
Tour of the milling house, bakehouse and tasting of their different breads, brioches and galette biscuits... New: pâtisserie laboratory and farm produce shop.
