Eglise Saint-Hilaire de la Puye

The Church of Saint-Hilaire de la Puye dates from the 1773th century and was remodeled in the XNUMXth and XNUMXth centuries. The church is linked to the history of the Acadian community of Poitou: Acadians who settled in particular on the "Acadian line" between La Puye and Archigny when they returned to the old continent in XNUMX.

As such, the church has been listed in the inventory of historical monuments since 2002. It is also listed in the tour circuit of the Acadian Museum-Abbaye de l'Etoile.
