Chez Manuel : Musée d’Art Populaire

A museum like no other which is full of objects from the past: old cars, toys, velocipedes, tractors, military equipment, gramophones, dolls, trinkets.

A real treasure trove of nostalgia: advertising plates, a Michaux velocipede, a 1912 Renault AX, an important collection of pedal cars, a balance bike, Merlin steam engines, a Sikorsky helicopter, an omnibus, and a Ford T.. .

It all started about 60 years ago. Manuel Ribeiro, founder of the museum: "As a traveling salesman, I criss-crossed France. One day, a peasant gave me a cart lamp. And I caught the collecting virus".
Open since 1977, the Musée chez Manuel exhibits all the finds of this indefatigable traveller-collector, over 2 m² of exhibition space.
