Family farm in organic farming since 1989. The 65 hectares are sown each year with wheat, spelled, rye, buckwheat or sunflower according to rotations and our needs. The production allows the manufacture of flour using the stone milling technique, the development of natural sourdough bread cooked over a wood fire, the preparation of biscuits and pasta.
