Le PILOCHOU has been a traditional goat's milk processing company since 1981. The processing takes place from Tuesday to Saturday. After manufacturing and maturing, the cheeses are sold in local markets as well as in restaurants and convenience stores. The sale of products is also possible on site. These are raw milk cheeses in the form of fresh cheeses, mothais on sheets, small dunghills, squares and ashy cheeses.
