We produce and process all of the milk production from our 40 alpine goats fed on our fodder made on our 18-hectare farm (alfalfa, rye-grass, fescue, clover, etc.).

We offer a wide range of farm cheeses made with unpasteurised goat’s milk: pyramid, bûche, aperitif cubes, chabi, mini-pyramids, palets, cœurs, plain fromages frais and more...
